Christopher Rodriguez is the Co-founder and Partner at R&R Legal. He believes in a results-based and cost-minded approach to legal work. Providing meaningful advice to drive our clients' goals forward is key to his success in the legal industry. With that said, sometimes moving forward requires taking a deeper look into our clients' practices, structures, and systems to ensure that current operations are not leaving our clients vulnerable to potential liabilities. Chris aims to provide continual service on an easy-to-anticipate fee schedule to save our clients from stumbling into unnecessary legal costs.
Immediately upon becoming a licensed attorney, Chris sought out knowledge that he could implement to better his community. Raised by an immigrant, entrepreneurial family, he took to heart the struggles they encountered to keep their businesses afloat – mostly derived from a lack of access to knowledge and information in business and governmental requirements, structures, and procedure. In so doing, he began his practice representing small- and mid-size NJ and NY businesses, ranging from developers to construction companies to retail operators in everything from corporate structuring to commercial litigation. As his career progressed, so too did the sophistication of clients and the complexity of the matters that were brought to his attention. Throughout his career, Chris has and continues to represent banks, private lenders, general and trade contractors, hoteliers, restaurateurs, developers, landlords, property managers, franchisees, and small mom-and-pop businesses; a base of clients that he characterizes as the heart and soul of Main Street America. Chris took part in founding R&R Legal to ensure that he could continue to enact his vision of how best to serve his community and provide greater access to top-shelf legal services with a personal touch.
Chris graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2013 and joined R&R Legal in November 2021. His areas of expertise include business organization, contracts, construction, real estate development, hospitality, business litigation, and landlord services. He is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
