Carolina Souza joined R&R Legal as the Assistant Operations Manager in February 2023 and with an aim to foster a collaborative team in an environment where her strengths are displayed. She also serves as a paralegal when needed. By seizing opportunities for learning, innovation, and leadership, Carolina aspires to contribute to the firm's expansion while nurturing her own professional journey.
Having grown up observing her father navigate the challenges of running a small business as an immigrant, Carolina has become committed to not only learning enterprise development skills but also using her own knowledge of operating a company to support the ambitions of the of the firm and its clients.
Carolina graduated from Rutgers University in 2020 with a bachelor's in economics and a minor in labor studies. Post graduation, Carolina performed various roles within Amazon.com, Inc. relating to human resources, including centralized investigations.
